- Prepare the dishes at your station with precision and appealing presentation, so every plate reflects our standard of quality.
- Lead and develop the team members at your station, so the kitchen brigade delivers top performance even on the busiest days.
- Develop creative, seasonal menus together with the kitchen team, so our guests keep discovering something new.
- Manage stock levels at your station, so the right ingredients are always available in the best quality.
- Consistently apply hygiene and safety standards, so health and quality in our kitchen are always ensured.
Your Profile
- A completed culinary training and several years of experience in fine dining, so you can run your station confidently from day one.
- Comprehensive culinary knowledge and creativity in menu development, so our menu stays alive and current.
- Organisational skills in stock management and ordering, so the right supplies are never missing at the wrong moment.
- Resilience even in hectic phases, so quality and speed still go hand in hand on the busiest day.
- Very good German skills, good English skills are a plus, so you can communicate clearly within our international team and with our guests.
