Your Role
You run your own station independently – whether it's grill, sauce, entremet, garde manger or sides.
- Prepare dishes with care, speed and high quality for our day and evening guests, so every plate convinces even when the house is full
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, so your station fits seamlessly into the overall flow
- Consistently apply HACCP requirements and maintain cleanliness and order, so hygiene never becomes an afterthought even at full speed
- Support younger colleagues and pass on your knowledge within the team, so new talent grows into reliable colleagues
- Take responsibility for storage, mise en place and ongoing quality control at your station, so nothing ever runs out or drops in quality
- Respond flexibly to event specials and high volume, so your overview and hands-on approach hold up even on the third rush of the day
Your Profile
You're a good fit if you work in a structured, independent way even under high pressure.
- Completed culinary training or several years of experience in a comparable position, so you can run your station confidently from day one
- Passion for cooking, organizational talent and a strong sense of quality
- Team spirit, collegiality and reliability, so the whole team can count on you
- Experience with HACCP standards and clean working practices in a professional kitchen
- Good German skills, English skills a plus, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
