Recruiting & Applicant Management

• Manage the entire operational recruiting process, so open roles get filled quickly with the right people
• Create and continuously improve our job postings, so they genuinely speak to the right candidates
• Handle candidate communication, pre-selection, and interview coordination, so applications turn into personal contact quickly
• Run active sourcing and build a sustainable talent pool, so we stay capable of acting even without an open vacancy
• Maintain applicant management in Personio and keep all job portals updated, so data and postings are always current

Employer Branding & Communication

• Build relationships with hospitality and tourism schools as well as recruiting partners, so the right talent knows us early on
• Plan and manage social recruiting campaigns with our external partners, so our employer brand shows up where candidates actually look
• Develop our career website and recruiting channels further, so the first impression online matches the experience on site
• Contribute to authentic employee stories, recruiting videos, and employer branding content, working with marketing, social media, and external agencies

Leadership Support & Events

• Support our department heads with role profiles and selection processes, so the right person ends up in the right role
• Attend recruiting fairs across Europe to source seasonal staff, so we're present where our target audience is
• Run seasonal onboarding and welcome days, so new employees feel at home from day one

Steering & KPIs
Track time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality, conversion rates, and other recruiting KPIs, so decisions rest on data, not just gut feeling

You're a good fit if you genuinely like people and have a good sense for personalities, see recruiting as relationship-building rather than administration, enjoy working independently and driving things forward, are creative but just as comfortable working with numbers and data, find social media and digital recruiting genuinely exciting, and work hands-on instead of waiting for the next step to come from someone else.

• Experience in recruiting, employer branding, or recruiting marketing is a plus, so you can contribute operationally from day one
• Knowledge of Personio or a comparable ATS, plus social recruiting and digital recruiting platforms, so you can use our existing tools right away
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a service-oriented environment is a plus, so you understand who and what you're recruiting for
