Your tasks
- You take responsibility for polite and courteous guest service during breakfast hours.
- You are in charge of preparing the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time before lunch service.
- You monitor the breakfast buffet throughout the morning and maintain an appealing visual presentation of the food.
- You assist the cooks during service hours and help with cleaning after lunch.
- You perform the tasks assigned to you conscientiously and keep your workstation clean.
- You handle equipment and resources with care and comply with HACCP guidelines.
- You support your kitchen colleagues in a collaborative manner.
